Building

The house...

   

Basically is ready to receive a person coming directly from the airport

Kitchen & Bathroom

The kitchen, has: stove; oven; fridge; washing machine; and microwave, and other kitchen utensils... Bathroom takes for itself ;) 

Rooms

Room [1] with balcony (220€)

Room [2] the biggest one in the house (230€)

[not available at the moment]

 

Room [3] the room in the back (220€)

The rooms have the essential to use: linen, desk; closet; shelf unit.

Important Notes

...

 - Expenses included (wireless internet).
 - The deposit should be paid with the rent of the first month (rent + 30eur for expenses of last month).
 - The house is modest. So if you are interested in sharing a house with other students, realize that the use of Electricity; Gas and Water should be coherent. 

Hopefully you will manage to live in the house and make friends because you are suppose to be sharing a very important moment in your life's as well.  :-)

- you have the bus stops close by and the metro station of "Arroios" (green line) at 15/20 minutes walking on the links bellow you can see distances and routes in each stop.
